About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented Brand Executive to work closely with the brand leadership team on key business and brand-building initiatives. This role is designed for high-potential early-career professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business problems, and want exposure to end-to-end brand management within a high-growth consumer startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and offline channels.
  • Work closely with brand, product, growth, content, design, and operations teams to drive key initiatives and ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in developing brand communication, campaign briefs, and content strategies while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Conduct consumer research, competitor analysis, category tracking, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
  • Support product launches, influencer partnerships, brand activations, and special projects.
  • Track consumer feedback, reviews, and market sentiment to improve customer experience and communication.
  • Manage project timelines, trackers, marketing calendars, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Take ownership of strategic and operational initiatives assigned by the brand leadership team.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • MBA from a Tier 1 or top Tier 2 institute is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, consulting, startup, Founder’s Office, FMCG, beauty, personal care, or D2C environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
  • High ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and execute.
  • Passion for consumer brands, skincare, beauty, and brand building.
