Role Overview:

Looking for an execution-driven Associate to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning to performance tracking, while ensuring smooth coordination and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute monthly influencer campaigns (plan before 20th)
  • Scout, onboard & manage influencers
  • Ensure timely delivery of content (concepts, scripts, execution)
  • Achieve CPV with strong performance
  • Collaborate with Brand, Category, Marketplace & Website teams
  • Maintain tracking sheets (updated M/W/F) with high data accuracy
  • Manage influencer contracts & payments
  • Analyze campaign performance & track competitor activities
  • Conduct customer calls for insights
  • Explore new tools/resources for efficiency
  • Timely campaign planning & execution
  • Accurate reporting & sheet hygiene
  • Smooth cross-team collaboration
  • On-time payments & contracts
  • Actionable insights & customer feedback
