Job Overview: Associate - TA
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Deconstruct, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers across functions to understand talent needs, attract top talent, and help scale the organization with the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across business functions.
- Create and publish job postings on relevant hiring platforms, social media, and internal channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fitment.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a seamless interview process with timely communication and follow-ups.
- Gather structured feedback from interviewers and drive closure within defined timelines.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Keep candidates informed on status updates, feedback, and next steps.
- Build Deconstruct’s employer brand through every candidate interaction.
Hiring Metrics & Process Excellence
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in trackers / ATS.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for faster and better hiring outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
- Drive accountability on interview timelines and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS portal is good to have.
