About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support brand growth through strong execution and data-driven insights. This role will work closely on campaign execution, content, consumer insights, and performance tracking while contributing to overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across channels
  • Support new product development through research, trend analysis, and competitor tracking
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and social platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, performance marketing) and external agencies
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and share actionable insights
  • Support content and communication development ensuring brand consistency
  • Monitor brand health metrics such as engagement, reach, and consumer sentiment
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify growth opportunities

Key Skills & Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • MBA preferred (Tier I / Tier II institutes)
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or D2C brands is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Hands-on exposure to digital marketing, influencer marketing, and campaign execution
  • Good project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and brand building
