Deconstruct is a performance-driven, science-backed skincare brand based in Bengaluru, India. We simplify skincare using transparency, data, and proven ingredients. With a strong presence across D2C, marketplaces, and app ecosystems, we’re looking for a growth-focused and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to scale acquisition, retention, and revenue through high-impact digital strategies.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving end-to-end paid acquisition, managing multi-channel campaigns, and building scalable growth frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media, marketing analytics, experimentation, and performance-driven growth across web and app.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
Build full-funnel campaign architectures for prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
Forecast budgets, CAC, ROAS, and revenue projections based on business goals.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive revenue at scale.
Continuously iterate on audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and creatives.
Conduct A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
Implement event tracking, pixel setups, and conversion APIs for accurate measurement.
3. Analytics & Performance Reporting
Monitor daily/weekly performance and take corrective actions to achieve target KPIs.
Build dashboards and performance reports highlighting insights, wins, and actionables.
Measure incrementality, attribution, and optimize for LTV over short-term ROAS.
4. Creative Collaboration
Brief the creative team with insights-backed directions for ad creatives and landing pages.
Identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging based on data.
5. Growth & Revenue Scaling
Identify scalable audience pools and revenue opportunities across channels.
Experiment with new campaign types, emerging ad formats, and growth loops.
Work on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to improve landing page performance.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google performance campaigns for a D2C or e-commerce brand.
Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, AOV).
Proven track record of scaling revenue profitably.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make quick decisions.
Experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, and ad automation tools.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
● Experience in app-led growth, marketplace categories, or multi-vertical scaling.
● Familiarity with marketing automation, deep linking, BI dashboards, and experimentation tools.
● Interest in skincare, beauty, or consumer-first brands.
● Experience leading or mentoring performance teams.
